THE SCIENCE OF TEAMWORK:

CONNECTING ROLES, GOALS & PEOPLE WITH DATA

The TEAM SUCCESS REPORT (TSR) is a data-enabled discovery analysis designed to scientifically identify team operational strengths and gaps, fit with strategic goals, and potential for effectiveness.

The data is based on the Position Success Indicator (PSI), a next-generation talent metric that reveals an individual’s unique operational mindset and work style. This proprietary data matches a person’s operational drivers to key performance objectives (KPOs) used to define projects and roles.

Here’s a sample view of the individual results of the KPI as represented in the TEAM SUCCESS REPORT:

With this tool, we provide a high-level diagnostic with actionable insights to reveal your team’s performance capacity based on their level of operational cohesion and complementary strengths

HOW DOES YOUR TEAM LIKE TO WORK?

Rooted in cutting-edge behavioral science, our workstyle assessment, powered by Hire Direction, is based on universal constructs people use to execute tasks, apply skills, and manage roles and relationships.

A 10-12 minute online assessment connects an individual's operational approach to common work functions. Each participant’s individual style is displayed within a Team Workstyle Matrix.

This matrix demonstrates how organizational and team roles align and identifies both developmental gaps and potentials
